   I was genuinely terrified to get my nose pierced, as I have a severe needle phobia that often causes me to faint. From the moment I arrived, Quentin was absolutely incredible — calm, patient, and very understanding. He explained each step before proceeding, guided me through my breathing, and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. His reassurance and professionalism made all the difference, helping me stay calm and confident throughout the entire experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional compassion and professionalism of both Quentin and the receptionist. I never felt rushed, and my anxiety was met with genuine understanding, care, and respect throughout the entire visit. In the end, I walked away smiling and proud of myself — and most importantly, I didn’t faint! The piercing itself had a brief sting, but the care, support, and overall experience far outweighed any hurt. I can’t recommend this place highly enough; if I ever decide to get another piercing, there’s absolutely no question — this will be the only place I go.

   I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, skilled and kind service for my daughter when she had her ears pierced today. I appreciate that we were asked to come for a consultation a few days before the piercing for my daughter to meet the team; see the room and talk through the procedure. She quite literally skipped in for her appointment 3 days later and didn’t flinch during the piercing. The after care needed was well explained and everything you need provided. My daughter has told everyone she meets about her experience and we both will be highly recommended Quentin and his amazing team.

   Visited this morning for two nose piercings and some jewellery changes. Felt welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked in, all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The space was nice and very clean, I’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Kalima.

   Absolutely amazing! I now won’t go anywhere else! I had my lobes pierced and were aligned badly (somewhere else) and we managed to get my seconds and thirds lined up well despite this. I have since had my daith, rook and helix all done here and couldn’t be happier with the service :)

   I popped in this morning to purchase a belly bar as mine had fallen out and lost. I was welcomed by a nice lady who was very helpful. I had no idea what size I needed so she kindly measured me. Assisted me with choosing the correct jewellery and then offered to fit it for me. What a fantastic service I had recieved from them. I highly recommend A*****

   Kalima staff are perfect at there job. They provide amazing customer service along with amazing advice on keeping things hygienic.    Quentin and Rosie are such wonderful people! My daughter had her ears pierced today and they were so lovely, explaining the process to her and treating her so beautifully.
