   I booked in for a brow tint and brow wax with Vicky and I’m so pleased with the result! I already had good brows but I wanted them to look a little more ‘groomed’ but still look natural, Vicky did exactly that! I have my gel nails and toes done here too which are always really good, lots of choice of colours, and last a long time. All the people that work there are really friendly and welcoming.

   I went to the salon this week for many appointments. I had HD brows with Vicki, she was so lovely and I loved my brows after. They were perfect. I booked to have acrylics with Jana today and she was so welcoming. My nails were amazing! Better than I hoped for. She did my waxing after and was so professional and did a great job. Cannot wait to keep returning for more apps with these lovely girls.

   Had a good lash lift and tint with Becci, an ok massage from the apprentice here and an awful lash lift and tint with Lucy. The salon itself is lovely and in a great location but unfortunately the lash solution was left on too long and my lashes are “over processed” meaning they are frazzled, over curled and look ridiculous, I’m 4 weeks on and my lashes haven’t recovered as yet. They also use some kind of adhesive to keep the lash shield on which takes days to remove from your eyelids. The salon “doesn’t offer refunds” and offered me an alternative treatment so I opted for a 30 min back and shoulder massage. The massage itself was fine but not relaxing as I could hear everyone’s conversations in the salon. All in all, I won’t be returning but felt my first treatment, which was good, deserved recognition hence the 3 stars

   Had acrylic nails done here, lash lift and HD lamination brows for my birthday treat. Excellent service and love my nails and lashes but sadly the girl that did my HD brows didn't put the tint on long enough (I mentioned I didn't want very dark brows) so my brows now look they've not been done....I did let them know this the next day. But they just said that I could come back in 8 weeks to get a free HD brows sculpt. Personally, that's too long to wait and should of been fitted in earlier. Very disappointed, As it wasn't cheap and they didn't explain fully the outcome!

   I am going back in today to have my eyebrows touched up. Vikki did them for me a couple of years ago and I can honestly say it's the best money I have ever spent. The new premesis look great. Free parking and the ladies I have met there are very welcoming and friendly.

   I’ve had a few treatments here with each of the staff. The salon is beautiful, immaculate and COVID safe. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable whilst still being very professional. The free parking and proximity to Shrewsbury Town Centre is a huge bonus. I’m planning on working my way through the whole list of treatments. Thank you to Vikki and her staff
