   My 9 year old daughter had her ears pierced for Christmas and was very nervous. Imelda did a great job of explaining everything and alleviating her nerves. She very thoroughly explained how the after care which was have adhered to and 3 weeks on we’ve had no problems. Would highly recommend.

   This lady has done both my child's piercing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is super cautious and regularly checks in after while the healing process is taking place. She is very efficient, clean practice and can always check in with her with any questions. Highly recommend! I will also be contacting her again for my child's 3rd piercing (all requested by her) also will also mention my child is autistic and this lady has been great keeping her calm throughout.

   I had a really first class experience here last week, with my daughter, who had her nose pierced. Imelda took lots of time to explain the whole process and to reassure both me and my daughter. Everything was immaculately clean and sterile and it was clear that this was the number 1 priority. The piercing was quick and the nose stud beautiful. My daughter is delighted with the nose piercing, and following Imelda’s careful and thorough after care regime, it is healing beautifully. I cannot recommend Imelda highly enough.    Imelda was fantastic with my 10 year old having her first ear piercings. The appointment was just right to give plenty of time for explanation and guidance for after care, while also efficiently performing the piercings in clean, homely surroundings to make us feel at ease. The piercings are beautifully placed and have been easy to care for with no complications. My daughter says "Imelda made me feel very calm and I wasn't worried. I love my ear piercings. I definitely recommend coming here".

Imelda was great at putting my daughter at ease and very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything we needed to know for aftercare and so on.
