    I took my very anxious 16 year old granddaughter to have her ears pierced this morning! We were warmly welcomed by Michelle who was amazing with Ellie.     Had the best piercing experience with Michelle today! Michelle before the piercing was quick to respond to my messages and questions. Michelle pierces from home and the second you walk in it smells fresh and looks beautiful. I was well informed about the procedure and Michelle checked I was happy with the placement before the procedure which was relatively quick and painless!! I had my nose pierced, I'd had it done before but it rehealed after taking it out for a procedure. Michelle informed me off all aftercare and was overall a pleasure! Can't wait to come back for more!

She has a welcoming and comforting personality which instantly put me at ease and she is so passionate about what she does.
