   I taken my silver bracelet in to have a new clasp and was not expecting it to be as good as it looked! It was like having a brand new bracelet all over again. I have never seen it so clean in my life and the new clasp on the other hand, I can’t complain at all. Job well done from gold gallery morriston and it was a pleasure to have it repaired by them.

   I purchased a vintage gold ring after viewing the photos online. The ring was delivered promptly and I was very pleased with it and looks brand new. The price was competitive as I have looked else where and the other rings I viewed were not as old or as heavy as this one. The hallmark is very clear and has a good makers mark along with the assay and date etc. This was a mid 1960s ring in excellent condition. Well presented, thank you.

   Had bought a watch off the elderly man after 2-3 weeks it started loosing time bought it back to be told me he’d got to send off for diagnosis as it was Christmas of 21 I’d awaited till January of 2022 then was told it was examined and has suffered a knock which turned out as misinformation after I’d gotten another jewellery shop to examine it they concluded it was a movement issue and required £35 to replace movement though I’d given the original seller over £120 for second hand watch which I’d seen on eBay marked at £49.99 with box and warranty where id bought a similar second hand with issues that were clearly showing up after just 2-3 weeks of purchase. Personal experience

   Shocking prices I found places with half price of what they charge here and get it done in half the time took 2 weeks to resize a small silver ring. And they told me to get some respect for myself after I took money from my wallet. Also the ring is slightly botched in resizing

   Took a gents omega watch and a Cartier to check if they were gold or not, both watches were running perfect he proceeded to remove back from omega with such force that he caught the top of balance wheel and popped the jewel out, he then says it's not working we then looked and found jewel on his counter, so I said what do we do now he said his repairer can look at it, so I left it with him 2 weeks have gone by so I rang he said his man could not repair it and that it needed to go back to omega, which could take months I've now cut my losses and taken watch back from him but now have a useless watch worth nothing like it was before he got his hands on it , I will never use him again after this he's broken my watch and to be honest when I collected he was not there and envelope he put up it in and written on was still sealed, so I think it's not been anywhere apart from his draw total cowboy when it comes to high end watches, I've been there before for valuations etc last one a tag heuer automatic with clear back display, he wanted to take strap of to see serial number on shoulders( Rolex do this) not tag or breitling or omega just Rolex, I should have known then but give him benefit of the doubt wish I'd just left it now.
