   What a wonderful family run business. We visited today searching for an 18th birthday gift for my daughter, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We purchased a beautiful piece of jewellery which we felt was far superior in quality than we had found anywhere else. Nothing was too much trouble, and they added an additional link to the necklace so it could be worn at either 18 or 20 inch. High recommended and we will be back soon

   Fantastic service today in store, I had popped in to see about resizing a ring and was greeted with such a warm welcome. They advised that it would be done within an hour and a half which was fantastic. My ring also had a really good and much needed clean! It's spotless.    I had my heirloom ring repaired here after inheriting it. It wasn't an expensive ring, but the team here treated it like it was the Koh-I-Noor diamond from the Crown jewels. I came to Spencer Morgan particularly as I didn't want the item being posted out to some warehouse and potentially lost. Not only did they repair it on site, they cleaned and polished it, then packaged it beautifully. I was grieving and a bit fragile and the team treated me and my cheap ring with utter respect and conpassion. If you want to be dealt with by a team who have absolutely professionalism with a smile and a soul you should definitely bring your treasured items here.

   What a fabulous family run jewellery shop. The best jewellers in Swansea without a doubt. The service you get is extremely personable and your welcomed back time and time again. The whole family take the time to get to know you and encourage you to take your time when choosing one of their precious items. All my jewellery has been purchased from this wonderful store and would not consider going anywhere else.l in Swansea.    My fiancé and I called in, we were seen straight away by lovely and attentive staff. I wanted some advice on a ring I plan to wear on my wedding day, which Dorian was quick to look at and advise me of possible wear and tear to my engagement ring. The lady on the counter was great, really informative and happy to help with everything - she gave really good advice. Dorian also, out of his own kind spirit, cleaned both my rings and made sure the diamonds were set (one was a little loose). For this, they didn't want a penny, things like this are hard to come by these days. I'll be taking my rings to Spencer Morgan in the future for all their needs, and I highly recommend you do the same!

   ***Best Jewellers in Swansea *** Spencer Morgan Jewellers are fantastic, don't go anywhere else! I've been visiting Spencer Morgan for at least 10 years. The attention to detail, customer service, kindness and patience they have is incredible. They are a family run business which is rare in todays age and they care so much about their customers and always make time to have a chat. The Jewellery is stunning and top quality, the knowledge the staff have is next to none. Most Jewellers I've found don't make repairs, however Spencer Morgan do. They can make an old ring which hasn't been worn in 30 years look brand new! Magical stuff! Don't trust anyone else, go to Spencer Morgan!!

   Amazing service and experience!!! I went there today (Christmas eve) on the off chance I could get my wedding ring downsized. I was expecting to depart with my ring for a short period possibly into the new year, however I was seen very quickly and they did it in 10 minutes, in that time they also polished the ring. My ring looks brand new and fits beautifully now. Honestly I'm blown away by these guys. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Service absolutely second to none. I would highly recommend Spencer Morgan for this service. Thank you.

   I will always be grateful to Spencer and the team for their help in choosing my wife's engagement ring a number of years ago. Since then, I have also bought the wedding band and eternity ring from the team. Spencer Morgan and the team are so helpful, kind and patient, all the traits you need when you need to decide the perfect ring for a loved one. Spencer Morgan is a family run business, something that you don't see much of these days. You can go to your big companies with a number of stores around the UK, but you won't get the experience and knowledge that the guys have here. Today I needed to drop my wedding band in to be reshaped (got caught between a door) and my wife's rings in to be cleaned. Dorian was more than happy to help, as always. This is why we continue to go back to Spencer Morgan. You will leave feeling excited, well looked after and safe in the knowledge that what you have purchased will be of the highest quality!! Highly, highly recommended!!!!!
