What a great company to deal with! Dan was amazing to deal with as were the rest of the staff. I have bought a Tag watch and some jewellery with them and the knowledge, advice and customer service is superb. They go above and beyond. 10/10
I came here with my fiance back in December to look for a wedding ring for our upcoming wedding in April. Despite my engagement ring being a slightly awkward shape (it's a flower design), the team at Fraser Hart found a ring straight away that fits around it perfectly. It was only available in white gold, but they said they could order it in another colour to match my engagement ring at no extra cost or long waiting times. It only took about 6 weeks to arrive in store, and it is absolutely stunning. It looks like it was made for my engagement ring! Thank you so much for your care and service, even with me changing my mind about which gold to go for! It's amazing that there's a ring and diamond maintenance service each year too to keep everything looking good as new, I really wasn't expecting that at all but I'm chuffed that's on offer. I cannot wait to wear my ring forever. I couldn't recommend this branch of Fraser Hart enough!
I visited Fraser Hart this week with buying a watch for my sons 18th in mind. I was approached by Luke, who quickly explained some of the offers that they had in store that day. After some polite conversation, I was left alone to make a decision. When I was ready, we had a sit down. There was no hard sell, I enjoyed learning about the watches , it was a truly enjoyable experience. I left the shop delighted with the watch We picked out , my son loved it. Amazing staff , super helpful definitely the only place I’ll be getting watches from. Luke is handsome lol and Alex is awesome for cleaning jewellery my rings looked amazing. The manger Dan I think that’s his name, is so kind happy to help you. Sharon relates to me with loving pjs and fluffy socks. I’ve had numerous excellent customer service off all of these staff members, I most definitely recommend.
