Sold some assorted gold and silver on 11 December. Young staff were friendly and attentive. Matthew in particular was efficient and professional. I felt I could trust him. He was patient in explaining the breakdown of value for me. Money received in bank account same day.
Just had the best experience at Gold Reserves. Both my mum and myself we able to reap quite a haul from our used jewellery. We were shown the most beautiful vintage selection. Joe was both patient and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured or rushed. The shop manages to engender such a welcome and accessible feel.
Dawn was absolutely fantastic, helpful, honest and very patient. She finally helped me find the perfect chain to go with my pendants and went beyond to get it right and perfect for me. I had made the rounds at several of the jewellers around Swansea today, looking for something that inspired me to buy it, for a 22nd birthday. I found nothing that made sense for the prices they were sold for. I made my way into the market to check out the final jeweller of the day, which was this place. I have purchased before and the prices, I knew, were always reasonable, eith extra discounts depending on occasion. Customers are treated well with utmost respect and thought provided in helping choose the perfect items. I was served by the lovely Ella, who helped me match a pair of earrings to the necklace I had found. For 2 pieces, made of solid gold, with some silver accents, I spent less than £300, when in other jewellers I was prepared to spend over £300 for one single item which didn't even match the occasion quite as well. With the nature of the business, you never know what you might get, which is exciting to say the least and allows you to find and consider things you may not have before. Along with my purchase, I was given gold polishing cloths which is a nice touch. Truly a budiness who cares about customers. My gift is to be shipped, so I didnt, but you have the option of recieving a digital reciept in case any issues are to arise, preventing you from losing it.
Came in today with a Welsh Gold and silver piece and asked to get I valued. I mustn’t have mentioned that I knew it was Welsh Gold as the lady who served me valued it and told me that the silver was the only thing of value and offered me £5!!! Please do not get anything valued or sold here they are clearly trying to rob people blind!
We were served by Victoria, who was extremely helpful and led us through the process by keeping us updated on all the items we brought with us. She also advised us on the quality of the jewellery and pointed out any flaws or details that we should be aware of. Due to the high level of service we received today, the amazing price we were shocked to get and the incredible support afforded by Victoria, we will definitely be returning to the shop in Swansea market and telling all our friends about it. Just called in to see what price i would have for some jewellery. I was surprised in what was offered, it was an acceptable figure for the day. Customer service was very good and courteous. Shall consider going there in the future.
Called in to the Swansea market shop to get my swivel ring valued for scrap as it was broken. Was greeted by Victoria who gave me a valuation and we spoke about the cost of a repair. I opted for a repair quote. I was given all the information needed to reach an informed decision, The ring was sent to be inspected, i recived a text message a few days later with the price. I agreed the work. A few days later another Text to say the ring was ready to be collected. Called in and was again greeted by Victoria, she showed me the repaired ring and i was very happy. All done in less than a week! Ring was repaired and polished and as good as new. Absolutely brilliant customer service and very very reasonable cost for repair. Thank you Gold Reserves and Thank you Victoria for your help.
