Emily was fab at getting my engagement ring repaired. I had multiple claws repaired, as well as replating, resizing and a good clean for £399! It took around 4 weeks to be ready for collection. So so happy with the result! Thank you!
Today we came to your swansea store and were lucky enough to meet Kimmy. She was absolutely perfect, made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. Needless to say we walked out with 2 brand new rings! She is a credit to the company, lovely lady!

Highly recommend H Samuel in Swansea for ear piercing. We had a very positive experience in store today with Harley. My daughter was terrified after the first ear was pierced and Harley was so patient and understanding. She is a credit to the store. My daughter is so pleased with the end result and I honestly believe it wouldn’t have been achieved without someone as kind as Harley. The other lady in the store was also amazing, didn’t catch her name but she was so good with my 9 year old son, talking to him and keeping him occupied whilst we were with Harley. Excellent customer service from Kim today. I went in to purchase a watch for my son. Kim listened to what I wanted, and found the best priced product in store. Very efficient and friendly service. Would recommend. I will be returning to the store in future.
