Every time I shop at Gold reserves I am always greeted and I'm impressed with their knowledge on their jewellery. I have bought a few items and I am looking forward to visiting again soon for Christmas presents for my family. There is always fantastic service from all the staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

Absolutely over the moon with our rings! The staff were so friendly and treated us like old friends, and were honest about how resizing might affect our rings. When I collected them however, they were absolutely perfect, shinier than they were before and fitting perfectly. Took less time than they said and cost me very little. Extremely happy customer!
I am so pleased with the repair on my silver bracelet. I had almost given up hope of having it repaired because of its complex structure and I thought it destined for scrap.
