Faulty return item sealed back up and put on shelf without checking. The box was obviously tampered with but was told all ok and only on returning home did I find it was a very well used and faulty item. Wickes customer service was extremely poor in resolving meaning I had to drive a 2 hour round trip to another store to get replaced.

I had a very bad experience. I booked an appointment for a kitchen design, and when I arrived on time, there was no designer present. I spoke with another staff member who contacted the designer, and the designer said, βIβm happy if they are there, but I canβt come. Tell them to come tomorrow am thinking like there is no value for my time and my fuel nothing so beware

Unbelievable, got a parking charge despite moving mid cutting of boards outside the shop and having to wheel them over to the McDonalds car park. Only gave 4 days to appeal so the letter arrived after the appeal date - totally disgusting, why time it at all for your customers? Can anyone contact me about this please.

Avoid this store!!! I have just visited Victoria road branch with my 3 children age 4 and under. All the trolleys needed Β£1 so when I went in to ask there were 3 members off staff the one who spoke to me was a small in height brunette she was the most unhelpful person in a shop I have ever met!!!! There were no solutions I asked if I could buy something to get a Β£1 back I was the one coming up with the suggestions she didn't offer any help just kept saying nothing we can do! Nothing we can do! She didn't even ask what was it I needed and maybe come up with a solution to get it to my car. With 3 small children absolutely disgusting I will never step foot in this store again!

Required a paint sample analysed in order to buy a can of emulsion. The outlet was staged by very willing but very young employees. There were mixed messages between staff as to whether the analysing/mixing equipment was working. All sounded a bit negative but eventually a lad was found who was competent. He managed to mix the paint but did spill an amount that tainted the tin. The store was small and seemed very tired and run down. Plus, Google maps couldn't find the car park entrance.

Overall. The shop has a wonderful team. I am happy the way they are and how they treat their customers. I enjoy the experience here. It is a great store, but like all stores it has its flaws... Sometimes the website says the store has items in stock but there is none. Sometimes the store is messy, but that cant always be helped. There is also plenty of thefts, items missing from packers and boxes. Overall, it's in a nice location and it's got what you need for most DIY projecta
