   I use this branch frequently, every time if I call by phone or in person the staff are really friendly but better still, they are approachable to those of us who are not overly confident with building materials. Quotes are given quickly on the phone and these guys make ordering and delivery really easy. Thanks Blythe Bridge, great effort!

   Very unprofessional. I waited in all day for a delivery, the driver pulled up outside then drove off without at least knocking on the door to explain why (probably sheer embarrassment) I called the store to find out why to be told I would get a call back straight away, I had to chase them an hour later to be told the driver had the delivery note but not the items and as it was now 4pm its not looking like the delivery will be made today. I understand mistakes can be made but the lack of communication was disappointing. I have wasted my only day off work this week to wait for them. Not very happy at all.
