The help that Emily and the team gave me was above and beyond that of any other company locally, therefore I am willing to recommend them to all. I only wish that I could rate them higher.

    Ordered online for delivery, contacted next day to tell me that they couldn't fulfill the order unless I paid extra for a courier to collect from another branch. (Not sure how this is my issue?) I have used TP in the past for things and never had an issue, but won't be using them again.

    Ridiculously high prices for retail customers - e.g. a bag of ready mixed mortar is over £16 here and less than £8 at Wickes. The same for Tarmac - Travis Perkins want £12.42 for the same bag that Wickes charge £7!!!
