   Had the roof done last week and there was a pallet and a half of tiles to go back. John arrived this morning and loaded them up. We had a chat while he worked and he was very professional and polite - a lovely, friendly bloke. He managed to manoeuvre the crane around our magnolia to lift the pallets - he definitely knows what he's doing. Would recommend.
