Panels ordered online, delivery confirmed by courier and then no show. Contact with National Plastics advised courier has misplaced my order, which was eventually found and supposedly is now out for delivery, however no communication from courier so whether it turns up remains to be seen. My next concern is that having been misplaced, it’ll turn up damaged. Another 24 hours and I’ll be taking the matter up with my credit card company, not that that helps me get a delayed job completed! Based on my experience, NP are being let down by their courier, I wouldn’t recommend making online purchase from them. Update Delivery arrived, very well packed which was pleasing to see. All email correspondence with NP was responded to same day. Rating changed from 1 star, to 4 stars. Got there in the end!

Disgusting customer service. Good arrived damaged and unusable no refund or return allowed as first contact was after 48hrs. Took a month to get back to me and did nothing
