   I ordered online wondering whether they would deliver to Cornwall, the process showed no problem. I made the order, and about 5 days later they refunded the sale, no contact or indication of why cancelled. Strange, but I wouldn't bother trying again.

   I called at 4pm on Monday. I got the voicemail saying they were closed and business hours are Monday to Friday 9 till 5. I left a message but never recieved a call back.

   Placed an order with Trade4Less and paid in full. Over a week later I got an email telling me the were refunding the money. No explanation or apology. Wasted a week waiting for the delivery Very poor customer service. Won’t be buying from them again in a hurry

   Spent ages looking for a reasonable pond liner and underlay as a lot of places are out of stock since the pandemic and EDPM (Epalyn) liners come from Sweden and in short supply. Rang various people and posted questions on various web sites with little response but when I rang trade4less someone (Chris - operations manager) answered straight away and said he'd contact their suppliers and get answers which he did in a matter of hours. Great communication and order placed without any hassle the same day. Chris even came back to me within an hour with a delivery date which was 3 days so very acceptable. Not the cheapest advertised online but 1) I could not actually buy from other suppliers which quoted cheaper as they were out of stock or their ordering process did not work or their delivery charge was outrageous 2) website price was out of date but with petroleum product prices changing every day it must be a nightmare to keep prices on thousands of prices up to date. Great communication with Chris reassured me I was actually going to get what I wanted in a reasonable time which was important to me.

   Been an absolute pleasure dealing with Edward and his team. Great range of stock at very competitive prices. If he didn't have stock available Edward was fast and efficient at sourcing what I required. Would use again and highly recommend.
