   Very poor service by Jami - Lou- I had asked her a question which she did not reply to as she wanted me to make an initial payment to open the case Even after paying, no response and the abortive fees were ridiculous - £700 for one letter One the positive, Patrick whom we first met, very engaging , however, the experience with Jami- Lou would not want me to use this company
