   Morton Charter are a very respectable, trustworthy and high caliber housing conveyors, of whom I would strongly recommend for properties in the Dunstable area. Katherine had overall been very effective during my flat purchase. She worked to a very high level, having gained sufficient experience to make the process transparent, and had been fantastic when dealing with any problems, whilst reassuring me at the same time. I have also dealt with Martin, who was very clear and concise on how best to deal with certain obstacles during the process.

   We have had a fair amount of experience with solicitors over the years, with Morton Chaters being the most recent solicitors we have used. We cannot rate them highly enough and will most certainly continue to use them in the future. They are extremely professional and diligent, whilst keeping their service very personal. Customer service is clearly high on the agenda for Morton Chater, which is partially evident in the level of communication they maintain throughout. The majority of the time we called them we got to talk to the person we needed to, on the rare occasion when this was not possible, we were called back within a couple of hours, this was very much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

   Oh dear. Where should I start. Luckily they are not my solicitors but unlucky for me they are my buyer’s solicitors. I don’t have a massive experience dealing with solicitors but honestly I think this other 5 star reviews below must be posted by relatives or someone working for the firm. They have a very poor communication. You literally have to beg them for update on the case. Emails are ignored completely. Estate agent literally has to drive down to their office to get an update. Embarrassing. And I know we are all busy but at least send an email saying there is no update on the case. How long does it take to send 1 email weekly? I don’t say my solicitors are great but at least if you ask them they answer. Any customer focused business should be able to handle customers and communication should be key.
