“Truly Amazing solicitors. From start to finish. All staff were amazing. Reception to the solicitor that set up our Wills. Stumbled upon Tollers when My Husband and I decided to do our Wills. I then realised via Google that their are free Will writing months .. you are asked to make a donation to the charities that support Free Will Writing month. Tollers had a good review in our local area of Northampton. I filled out online application and got a reply within the week from The Secretary Mandy F & with a follow up phone call and then an appointment for a Face to Face meet with Joanne A the Associate Cilex. Joanne was friendly, approachable,polite and made my husband feel comfortable. I had previously explained our personal circumstances and his apprehension after his accident to Mandy. I knew that I was heard. Within 15mins of my husband meeting Joanne he opened up and within 45mins our 1st Will process was done. Follow up visit to finalise and sign them was just as smooth and done in 15mins. We did not feel rushed at any point The staff here did not treat us any different to any other full paying customer... They went above and beyond.. We were greeted and treated with kindness and respect. Made comfortable with hot beverages. When we couldn't find a disabled parking spot on our 2nd visit. The front of house staff even popped out to get the car occupying the Parking space without a badge to be moved. We hadn't even gone in to complain. We just parked in a normal space but in an area where we could open the driver's door wide enough to allow for the wheelchair transfer. The staff were that vigilant that they observed this and came out to help. 100% recommend Tollers if you require any kind of Solicitors or Lawyer.”
