   I had an excellent experience with Tollers Solicitors in Northampton. From the initial meeting through to receiving my completed documents, the customer service was outstanding. Every question I had was answered clearly and I felt comfortable, supported and genuinely listened to throughout the whole process.    Truly Amazing solicitors. From start to finish. All staff were amazing. Reception to the solicitor that set up our Wills. Stumbled upon Tollers when My Husband and I decided to do our Wills. I then realised via Google that their are free Will writing months .. you are asked to make a donation to the charities that support Free Will Writing month. Tollers had a good review in our local area of Northampton. I filled out online application and got a reply within the week from The Secretary Mandy F & with a follow up phone call and then an appointment for a Face to Face meet with Joanne A the Associate Cilex. Joanne was friendly, approachable,polite and made my husband feel comfortable. I had previously explained our personal circumstances and his apprehension after his accident to Mandy. I knew that I was heard. Within 15mins of my husband meeting Joanne he opened up and within 45mins our 1st Will process was done. Follow up visit to finalise and sign them was just as smooth and done in 15mins. We did not feel rushed at any point The staff here did not treat us any different to any other full paying customer... They went above and beyond.. We were greeted and treated with kindness and respect. Made comfortable with hot beverages. When we couldn't find a disabled parking spot on our 2nd visit. The front of house staff even popped out to get the car occupying the Parking space without a badge to be moved. We hadn't even gone in to complain. We just parked in a normal space but in an area where we could open the driver's door wide enough to allow for the wheelchair transfer. The staff were that vigilant that they observed this and came out to help. 100% recommend Tollers if you require any kind of Solicitors or Lawyer.

   I called Tollers re property business matter, the call handler asked me to fill online form as there was none available to answer my call. I did fill the online form and after two days I was contacted by solicitor to confirm my requirements, they promised to get back to me with an offer. It is already five weeks and I never received a call or an email from them back.

   I used the services of one of the Toller's partners for a restrictive covenant issue in London that threatened to derail our development project. Having dealt with many legal professionals and also managed solicitors in commercial property for many years in a previous role, it was refreshing to deal with a legal professional who was so pragmatic, responsive and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Working with Heather allowed us to arrive at a solution that ensured the project went forward. Huge thanks.

   Service provided was fair . I was instructed that I would need a barrister at a cost of over 2k for one hour . I declined as I didn’t see this was appropriate . The case was thrown out of court straight away so thankfully I didn’t instruct the barrister . Approach this company with caution .
