Unfortunately my experience of a flat sale was not a positive one and time again I had to chase and ended up being more stressful and frustrating than it should have been. On the exchange and completion day, the communication and action was dismal. I would not recommend.

I have used S-E Solicitors on two separate occasions now and the service has been excellent from start to finish. I initially contacted S-E Solicitors because Caroline had been recommended to me. Very happy with the professional, friendly and efficient service we received from both Nicole and Hannah in managing the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home.
