Had a response back from their senior solicitor by 4 pm clarifying, due to the complexity and cross-border jursidictions they couldn't help. This very quick, upfront, honest and clear case analysis and response is in stark contrast to other law firms where I have been waiting to just find out if the case could be taken on.
