The whole process was explained very clearly, Ian took his time to ensure that I completely understood what was happening and why and most importantly, how it impacted me and my family. After the initial consultation, the process of completing all the necessary paperwork was simple, Tracey was superb in gently encouraging me to keep to the deadlines. Customer care is exceptional. Ian and Tracey of Whitman Insurance Services are two of the loveliest people and when I decided it was time to change my insurances I knew they were the best people to speak with. Having met them through local networking I built up trust with them and knew they would have my best interests at heart. Ian has been absolutely amazing for me and my family. Whitman Insurance have provided me with total peace of mind in the event of my death. In 2007 I was diagnosed with an inoperable Brain Tumour and was told I had between 5 and 7 years to live! I had critical life cover that paid out and I am one of the luckiest men alive today. I wanted to reinsure my life to offer my family security in the event of my death, but every company approached, it was a blanket no! I had actually given up and resided to the fact that I wouldn't be eligible for cover any more. Then I met Ian and Tracey, and my world changed. Ian worked so hard with the insurers and manage to get 2 companies that would be prepared to cover me. This was no easy exercise for him as he had to do all the running around collecting information to put before the insurer for them to be in a position to make a decision. Talk about going the extra mile, he did more than that. Ian and Tracey make you feel special and important making the whole process seem simple and uncomplicated. They are committed in finding you the best deal having attentively listened to what you require. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family.
