   To start with i thought i made a wrong choice by choosing that company , as had to deal with Natalia ( Conveyancer ) , which been absolutely useless. Luckily for me , after i had a pleasure to work with different girls : Deanna ( Conveyancer) and Morgan ( Legal assistant ) . I cannot recommend them enough. 9 weeks from start to finishing for our 1st time home buying procedure. I had lots and lots of questions and they been answered to me same day with all the explanations . Can't be more greatfull. Kept me informed all the time ad well what is very useful during that stressful time !

   They were fine handling the sale, until it came to paying funds. They paid into the wrong account, despite confirming the correct details. Also charged expedition fee even though there was sufficient time. I suggest you all check your competition statements. They did refund but only after I questioned it. Just an apology for all the extra stress and costs I incurred. I would not reccomend or use them again.

   We used Glover Priest a few years ago for the purchase of our first property. Everything went well that time and so we used them again for our sale and purchase that’s just completed. Again, their service is very good and especially during the stamp duty holiday surge in transactions. They’ve updated since we first used them with a handy app that provides updates and being able to digitally verify ID. This was particularly good for us as we live in London and so didn’t have to travel to do things in person. Much cheaper than London solicitors. Would recommend.
