Wilson Browne Solicitors were recommended to us by a colleague in the legal industry. At the start of our relationship, the service was great however, after time we had difficulty communicating with them and they did not return our calls. We gave them the benefit of the doubt to sort our situation, but they then reverted to not returning our emails and calls providing poor communication. We were informed that the employee dealing with our matter was too busy to speak to us, and we are still awaiting a call back over a month later. Rather than being honest and telling us that they didn’t want to continue dealing with our matter, they just ignored us. I wouldn’t recommend using this company for any commercial use. It has been a very stressful experience and they haven't committed to resolving our issues. We are a local company in Northampton looking for a legal company to assist us with HR matters and commercial interests. Overall, we haven’t been provided with a satisfactory service and we very disappointed.

Shocking, treat their staff appaulingly when they decide to leave, if you take their offer to train you and put you through training be sure to check your contract as they will want all of their money back and take you to court! There finance department bully young members of staff and the older generation and partners bully their staff!! Also customers are made to still pay even if you withdraw your services as a result of their poor service!! Don’t work there or use them for services as they use their expertise to their advantage only!!! Not a pleasant company at all!
