   Told me there was nothing wrong with my lawnmower after 'pushing it around' told them there was a gearbox problem but said it was fine , no investigation into the problem just were not interested. Drive went the day after collecting, new gearbox needed but could of been prevented by new bearing being installed previously. Had a set of hedge cutters sent here also to replace the blades , when collected the blades were not installed correctly with bolts and washers missing , causing the blades to jam and squeel . Sent a sthil kombi engine in for a carb adjustment. When collected it was worse than before . Set totally wrong and bogging down . Would not recommend. for me as a small business this has been a lesson to find a well experienced tool repair, unfortunately this isn't the place

   Not got a clue what they doing. told me my table saw motor was nackerd ..after they put second hand capacitor on. and after a day it stopped working. because they put a 40uf capacitor on when it should have been a 60uf .they told me £50+fitting charge.for new capacitor .they only £9.50 brand new on internet won't go there again ...

   Needed parts for my Stihl hedge trimmer and John, in the shop, was very helpful and patient in finding what I needed. He kept his promises to call me when the bits arrived. Great service and the price was comparable with internet shops with the added benefit of being accessible in case the parts were the wrong ones. Highly recommended.
