Dr Sillifant is more than happy to have a ‘chat’ whilst charging a lot of money but when it comes to actually doing anything you have to spend all your energy and time chasing. My daughter has been without medication for 7 weeks and she has her mock A levels in 2 weeks! Very poor service and certainly not worth the money even if you are desperate
Do not bother. Ignored us for months, forced me without warning to tell my family members about traumatic events I did not want to share, costs an ungodly amount for the awful service you get. Kept prescribing me SSRIs despite the fact I have disorders which don't work with them, never medicated me again after I pointed this out and just ghosted me. Dangerously unqualified.
Shame I have to even give 1 star coz it's not worth it. Don't waste your time or money with them. Communication is so bad, everything has to be done by email, they don't do phone calls, come on who ever heard of a company that don't have a phone.. They also don't have a card machine to make payments over the phone... oh sorry they are a company with no phone lol, or a link to take you to their bank to make payments, so if u need to pay by credit card you can't unless you want to be left with extra charges. Got to be the biggest mickey mouse cowboy company I have ever delt with. Such a shame there are companies like this out there.
I am more than disappointed with dr sillifant and her team. Although her salt and occupational therapist were brilliant and couldn’t fault them. Dr Sillifant is disorganised- communication is terrible. She diagnosed my child with all sorts of conditions and since his diagnosis we have seen many health care professionals and they all disagree with her. She came to her conclusion after a 30 minute zoom conversation with my then 11 year old son. I paid £1500 for a diagnosis / I knew he had autism and she disagreed. Two years after he’s been sent for assessment by the NHS as they are certain he does. Most people don’t have that kind of money and I saved up for that to get my son the right help, you took that from us. Maybe you should start seeing your patients rather then sitting on your computer and maybe you would see conditions for what they are. My son was then sent medikinet ( which is an adhd medication) for his anxiety and Tourette’s. When questioned if this was correct there was no urgency with the practice - just constant invoices. I have a GP friend who said this is not the the correct medication for his condition! Communication was genuinely terrible, they are just after your money. Please if your looking to help your child - avoid this practice!
I have left 2 voicemails asking for a call back for my child and have received no reply to both messages even though it states a call back within 1 working day! Not acceptable when you have a child in crisis.
Really happy with the support we have received from Dr sillifant and her team. Sometimes a little tricky to get hold of someone but they're very busy helping stressed out parents get the assessment and diagnosis needed for their children! I felt they really understood parents concerns but made sure the assessments were very much child led. Involvement with school was very helpful, lots of positive feedback focusing on my sons strengths whilst embracing his ASD diagnosis and focus on empowering him to reach his full potential with a little extra support and understanding.
