Couldn't find what I was looking for so asked a staff member called Tina who was carrying a coffee which I thought was very unprofessional, couldn't have been less bothered to help me and basically fobbed me off, probably needed to go get a refill. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I recently visited your store and found your staff very helpful in helping me locate what I needed. Also the checkout assistant was a credit to your store , she was friendly and professional. I look forward to visiting your store again.

The store has always met our needs and staff have been friendly and helpful but came across a young man on the till today who it seemed did not want to be there! No pleasant customer service, no please or thank yous and downright grumpy!
Called into Wickes in Telford to look at the kitchens on offer, we saw a kitchen that we really liked and asked the sales assistant if we needed to make an appointment to order a kitchen. All I can say after the conversation with the salesman is that we felt fobbed off and that he didn't really want to sell us a kitchen. We went to Howdens instead where we were treated as valued customers.
Not bad store, just a shame the lady who served my was rude. I said Hello & she ignored me, I asked her a question and it was as though she didn’t want to answer and was an issue. Other to that my visit was ok, I didn’t get what I wanted as it was out of stock but in stock on their website.
Looking for a power mitre saw, saw two on the shelf, one sliding one smaller compound. Price tickets had them both at £99, asked a passing worker there, if I could query this. He didn't look very pleased at being approached, he then pointed out that one was smaller then the other, like I hadn't noticed!!!, when I pointed out the price labels were the same price, he did check and found that the same labels had been put on both. He did the find out the correct price. Been to this store a few times but, never had a completely trouble free shopping experience.
I went to Wickes at Snedshill to order some gravel which I needed delivering. The lady who served me,Carol I think was very helpful and put my order through in no time. It was delivered yesterday, it was delivered at the stated time and the driver was very helpful putting the gravel exactly where I wanted it even though it was a bit awkward. Well done Wickes. Good Wickes store selling everything you should need for your home plus some garden items available. Lovely kitchen displays as you walk in with an abundance of paint and accessories. A lot of timber and trade materials and prices seem reasonable.
