   Chris Spinks is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for help securing a mortgage. We received our mortgage offer in less than 48hrs of application which I think even surprised Chris and is surely some kind of record!?.    Chris was my mortgage advisor, and he was fantastic. I had previously gone with a different mortgage advisor from a different company and he was terrible, left me out the loop and took weeks to sort out AIP or anything at all, but Chris did it in less than a day! He is very efficient, and if I had any questions he was available and explained everything to me. He is very thorough and professional, and even chased things while he was on holiday. I would recommend Broadland Consultants and Chris to everybody looking for a professional and smooth mortgage application.
