   Makes sense to me why the fitters did not want me in the room while they fit it. There’s missing screws off the wardrobe that was gifted to me since having it delivered the things been falling apart the sliding doors keep going out of place the back board comes off. Even though my wife had rang a few times and told them to sort it they haven’t sorted it have never bought anything from Bedford before and don’t think I ever will again quality of the item is a 0/10 not worth the money. Would give no stars if it was possible, will attach pictures of the missing screws and the bits that are coming off, they either need to find better fitters that actually but the thing on properly or get products that are worth paying for.

   This was the first time we had ordered goods from this Company. We were served by Chris who was very knowledgeable professional and very accommodating. We were under no sales pressure to make a purchase. The service we received from walking into the shop to ordering to being delivered and the wardrobes being made up in the bedrooms was amazing. We ordered 2 large wardrobes two bedside units and a 6 drawer chest. Would highly recommend this Company and would definitely purchase from them again. Their prices were far more competitive than other retailers.

   Great customer service. Went in to get a mattress for my daughters bed. They pointed me in the right direction and she found a comfortable one for her. Told 10 day delivery which was not a problem. Within the next half an hour got a call saying they had one come in on the delivery and could deliver with in the next few day. Cant sat better than that for services. Thank you.
