   Our visit to Welllingborough dreams was very good the staff couldn't have been more helpful. He explained what the difference was between the different bed makes and how firm our matress we would need to be. We were also told how to look after the matress once it arrived. A very comprehensive experience giving one the confidence to make a reasoned decision.

   What an amazing service provided by Darcie. It is so rare these days to be met in store by such a helpful, kind, knowledgeable store assistant. I had merely popped in to the Wellingborough store to browse new mattresses and walked out having purchased a bed! Darcie was not pushy, I did not feel at all pressured to make the purchase, I just felt supported and reassured with how helpful and understanding Darcie was. When I called the store the next day to amend the size of the bed, Darcie once again dealt with my call with the upmost patience and professionalism. A first class service which is sadly very rare these days. I would not hesitate in recommending this store to anyone seeking to replace their bed. Many thanks Darcie

   Gary was great with me.I only had a short time to shop and he took me around the shop so that i could try all the types of bases and then the Mattresses.Then quick payment and off home. When I arrived home my wife said that the delivery will be on our 56th wedding day. Thank you Gary.

   A helpful experience in store. Delivery arrived as planned. We had paid for service to take bed to a particular room and assemble it. When the team arrived we weren’t ready for it to go to that particular room. Super impressed that the team reported that we didn’t use assembly service (our fault) and we were contacted and a refund automatically given. Excellent thank you.

   Visited the Wellingborough branch the last weekend of September. The staff were very welcoming and let us know they were there if we needed them, not pushy at all which was good. Darcey was very polite and helped with our mattress purchase, giving excellent customer service. Our mattress arrived on time and the delivery people were friendly and efficient. Will definitely be using Dreams again in the future.

   Been in store today at 16.50. No customers. Staff seating on the sofa chit chating. Store has products on sale to take home but when asked sales lady she has no clue what she has got in store. Perhaps with service like this there is a reason why the store is empty.

   Poor communication and now I'm out of pocket over £200! Obtained a quote from Dreams on a Friday, advised we were waiting on mortgage funds to clear in full; was told to come back next week (when we est the funds would arrive) and if I brought the quote we could proceed. Returned on the Thursday afterwards and turns out the "discount" added to the quote ended on Tuesday and no one thought to inform me before I left that this discount was due to end. Nothing on my quote. I was very shocked and angry when I went to place my order today that I would pay over £200 more!! extremely disappointed by the lack of communication which has put me in a disadvantaged position financially. What's even worse is their website does not have any discount code box on a order
