DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER They will sell you a product that is faulty and damaged when arrived then refuse to accept a return. Furniture is cheaply made for the price you pay. If you are on a budget and need A sofa then save yourself some money and just buy beanbags they will be a lot more stable.

I ordered an 8 seater corner rattan effect dining set for my garden via Groupon. The quality is not great but accepted for what it is. Having now used it for a couple of weeks it is apparent it won't last for more than one or 2 summers. We have now passed our period for return or replacement and the stitching and zip on 2 cushions has gone. Bravich say we need to deal with Groupon but they are not interested as out of the 30 days.
Ottoman will not lift and stay up. It just comes back down. Poor quality. Waste of money

we ordered some lounger reclining chairs which unfortunately arrived with damage. the customer service and communication was terrific , sympathetic and totally anxious to sort the problem out. cannot speak too highly of this company
We ordered some stools that unfortunately had to return and I must say the Customer Service communication via email and actions throughout has been excellent. We will keep looking on the Bravich site for items in the future
Ordered a large rug from Bravich. I was after a really large size and they were the only company I could find that had the size I wasooking for. There was an issue with the order being lost by the courier. But I contacted Bravich and was very ably helped by Liene. She was very helpful and prompt with her communication. Liene resolved the issue with the courier and arranged a specific time slot for delivery. Absolutely love the rug. I will be back to make further purchases.
