   Appalling service. Hilariously advised that someone like me turns up every Saturday. I'm "tap repair guy" and "broken toilet seat" guy will be in later. Couldn't find the tap cartridge I needed and tried to sell me one that was obviously incorrect.

   Called in to enquire about a replacment tap 'knob'. As expected, obsolete. Young man was very helpful (JQUAR), I bought Bristan Tap revivers, which needed a slight mod to work (tap head catching the tap body when turned) the but very effective, are good quality and look great. A few £ more than buying off Amazon but the advice was worth it.

   DO NOT GO!!!!!!! I popped in to browse the shower units while my granddaughter was having a party next door. Parked in their yard and got a £100 parking fine. Guess I should have bought something. I use Wharf Plumbing now, much friendlier
