   The engineer Steffan Williams turned up on the deliveryday, He was very helpful and understanding when fitting the knew insert for my hot tub cover. I asked him for some information on the chemicals, he was very knowledgeable and new is job. I would highly recommend castle Hot Tubs.

   Ordered my gazebo and hot tub from castle hot tubs around a month ago - sadly there has been a delay in when it can get to me but I have been kept updated the entire way. They ensured that they found a way to get the hot tub in to my garden (gate with narrow steps and overhead electricity wires) - even this doesn't stop them! Really can't wait until my hot tub and gazebo are here - very excited. Can't say a bad word, from the salesperson at the Swansea showroom to Rhiannon and Yan on the phone, completely professional and more than willing to help.

   Had our hottub delivered and installed today by Castle Hot Tubs and what an amazing journey they have provided from start to finish. We ordered a hottub from an online company and all i can say is dont do it let down time and time again and this is before we even had a delivery date. We then started thinking maybe we should see what else is out there. Enter Castle Hot Tubs they were helpful and very knowledgeable in helping us from the start and we managed to find our dream spa and today it was installed and tomorrow we get to take our first dip, cant wait!!! If you get tempted by the deals and hype about the online companies dont bother wasting your time and head straight to Castle Hot Tubs!!!
