   Really disappointed. Got flooring laid in July and withing 6 wks all the flooring started to bubble up. I got told it’s because of my radiators but I do not have radiators across every part of my flooring. Asked for it to be relaid and no one showed up. I will not be buying from this place again considering the amount of money I have spent with Jagir the owner. He has let himself down and does not care about his VALID RESPECTFUL CUSTOMERS. I will take my money elsewhere.

   Absolutely bismal service!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! My mum ordered a bed & mattress worth £800, they didn’t give any discount, and my mum paid it in cash full, they said it would take 1 week to come, and they were 5 days late. I called them many time they kept promising dates they will deliver, I asked for a refund, the owner hustled and bullied my mother to wait longer for delivery and to take a cheap £125 mattress temporarily. Once the delivery arrived, the screws for the damper struts were missing and the screws for the mattress support were too short. Never buying from this company again, RIP OFF, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very dissatisfied & dissappointed. PLEASE go elsewhere better off buying off Facebook market.

   Did a fantastic job, did not expect me to do anything or help to lift or move everything. They just came and did the job. They also paid attention to detail and did not rush. They made sure to do the stairs properly, so it does not stick up or start to lift. So they made sure to do this with care and take extra time. Which I’m greatful for. In terms of picking the carpet I wanted. Shop owner was very patience and explained to me exactly what would work long time for me. I felt confident in asking questions and spending money. As he is straight to the point and honest.
