She spent time with us showing & explaining what the different mattresses offered us. She was polite. We would like to let you know that Roxana is a very professional & valued member of your staff.

   We bought a bed with a mattress from Mohamed at Dream in Bedford and we couldn’t be happier! The service was absolutely fantastic — from the first contact, through the advice he provided, all the way to completing the purchase. Mohamed is incredibly polite, helpful, and truly knows what he’s talking about. The bed and mattress are excellent quality, and the whole process was smooth and completely hassle-free. You can genuinely feel that Mohamed cares about customer satisfaction — something that’s quite rare these days. We wholeheartedly recommend him!

   Incredibly helpful staff. Went into Dreams to purchase a new bed and was assisted by Roxana. She was very informative, knowledgable and showed us all the various matresses and pillow options that were available, explaining to us how to get the items most suitable for us. Explained everything incredibly well, while being both friendly and professional. Quick mention for Russell who helped my Dad with his purchase when we went in last year to buy him a new bed. The whole process (both times) was really easy, fully explained and we'd definitely recommend Dreams Bedford. Especially for the presence of Roxana and Russell!

   We visited our local Bedford store in search of a new bed frame and mattress. Arjun greeted us and was incredibly helpful. He recommended the sleep match and allowed us to try all the suggested mattresses. He answered every question we had. We found a mattress we love and also purchased an ex-display bed frame. Our bed is being delivered this weekend, so we can’t comment on its longevity yet, but Arjun’s customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

   The initial bed testing experience was great, the service seemed excellent and we were really pleased. The rep even said he would upgrade our bed frame to an ottoman and there was a 20% discount when purchasing a frame and mattress together that weekend. We went away to think about the purchase with the quotes we had been provided as we were undecided between two beds. When we went back to purchase the bed however, the sales rep told us they had used up all the 20% discounts allocated to the store that weekend and that the price would increase. We said no to the sale so he asked if we would meet him halfway in which we repeated our no answer. He said let me check to see if I can do anything. After a short while he came back and said he could do the cheaper bed frame for the same price. We walked away from the sale at this point. We had already seen online that the initial price he quoted included an ottoman base when we returned from the store the day before and that he hadn't really upgraded us at all, something we were prepared to overlook when we went back as we weren't loosing anything provided the ottoman frame was included. We also new we could get 20% off the joint purchase of frame and mattress online. These are not good sales practices, especially in an age where information is readily available online. Perhaps a better commission structure is required for your reps to stop them engaging in such tactics and loosing sales and damaging your reputation. You may also wish to provide some training about why it is so unethical to attempt to rip people off. As a result, I will not be purchasing anything from you either in store or online and will share my experience on review sites so others can learn from my experience.

   Great instore experience, Tilly was fabulous. Helped us find the best option for us, with measurements to take home and ensure it all fits. We then called back the next day and she remembered us and our requirements and served us swiftly over the phone. Looking forward to the new bed arriving and the old one being removed.

   We went in to buy a new mattress, we were looked after by Tilly who was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We walked out a short time later having ordered our new mattress with the minimum of fuss. Very happy with the service and the store.
