   Teknik came to my home and 'serviced' my Goliath bariatric chair, supplied by Office Boffins 2 years ago. I am disabled and not mobile and, since then, I have used the chair at least 16 hours per day, every day. The chair itself has performed superbly and it was Office Boffins who arranged for Teknik to undertake the servicing, since unsurprisingly various fixings had started to work loose. The Teknik engineer was professional, courteous and efficient and earns 10/10 and I am happy to score the Office Boffins team similarly. All in all, excellent service all round and my thanks to the teams of both organisations.

   Excellent service. I bought one of their excellent office chairs around 15 months ago via The Range website and the vinyl on one of the arm rests deteriorated badly. I emailed them asking about the cost of a replacement arm rest as it was out of warranty (and the warranty doesn't cover upholstery anyway), and they sent me one for free. Now fitted and good as new. It's good to see a company who not only supply great products but also support them.

   I bought a Teknik desk from another retailer during lockdown. I lost all the fittings during a move and when I contacted Teknik directly to see if they could replace them, they went above and beyond to help. They sourced the fittings and sent them to me free of charge and in super quick time too. The staff were amazing on the phone and by email. It seems rare to have this level of customer service these days, it makes such a difference. I am one very happy customer!

   Amazing customer service from Teknik. Upon purchasing a swivel chair I had a problem with the center alignment as it kept touching the ground so I had no choice but to dismantle the parts however the gas lift was stuck in the tube so I decided to contact Teknik themselves and they agreed to send me the replacement parts free of charge. I now have a working chair courtesy of the company's will to look after their customers. Recommend Teknik all the way and btw, the chair is really comfy for the long hours I spend WFH.

My 3.5 year old Ambassador chair had gas lift issue which they arranged replacement so smoothly, I can't thank enough.    I ordered the Teknik Streamline L-shaped desk through Currys and after Currys failed to deliver and I couldn't contact them, I contacted Teknik directly. Teknik were superb, quickly dispatching my delivery and arriving before the earliest date they initially suggested. The customer service at every stage was superb. Assembly was quick and easy as the instructions are excellent. The desk itself is more beautiful and solid than I could have hoped; I would recommend this desk to anyone.
