The sofa actually arrived a few weeks quicker than expected and delivery was actioned within a few hours! Great communication and David and Steve were very helpful. Highly recommended.

   Website doesn't work properly, was trying to look at the mattresses, in order to buy, you clink the link you end up viewing garden furniture for all links. Not that helpful. However have been to the shop previously and it was amazing.

   Grange range of products and SUPERB customer service. We ordered our garden furniture a couple of months ago, we were told in would be a couple of weeks for it to be delivered. Due to issues with the suppliers delivery service, Simply Furniture hired a van and collected the items themselves, before delivering on-time to my home. At a time when customer service is at an all time poor level, Simply Furniture went above and beyond for me. Thank you.

   This place us tucked away from all the retail parks and high street shops, set on an industrial estate. A large warehouse full of quality furniture, but you wouldn't know it from the outside. They rely on people visiting with intent, rather than passing footfall. If you are looking for garden furniture, dining furniture, hallway, lounge or bedroom furniture, then I recommend popping in and taking a look. Plenty of free parking, easy to get to, and a flag outside to pinpoint the building from the road. The only reason this isn't a 5/5 is because I have paid for, and currently waiting on a delivery (not yet due...) And will update this review when it is received. ... Update. Despite chasing on 3 separate occasions, and being promised return calls which never happened, we have now been told that an item that was due "not long after Christmas" will now come in "maybe April" With this in mind, I have reduced the stars from 4 to 2. If communication had happened, the star rating may not have been lowered by so much. But calling a customer is not a hard thing to do, especially when promised.

Naomi was so helpful and knowledgeable and encouraged me think about aspects of the furniture I hadn't even considered. The delivery was prompt and efficient. The quality of the items is brilliant, and I would have no hesitation in ordering from Simply Furniture again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

   We have never visited the showroom so took a leap of faith when we ordered our garden set. We chose the Winchester Range and were not disappointed. The build is good and the cushions are thicker than others we had seen. Delivered earlier than we thought so fantastic service experienced. Hints and tips given regarding maintenance. What more can you ask for. Would buy again without hesitation.
