Came in at 5:30, knew what we wanted and ordered within 15mins. Approached warmly from the sales team, all of which were polite and in good spirits. Ryan who placed our order was nice, easy going knowledgeable. Will return.
First of all the staff in store incorrectly put our order through so we had to return to redo the paperwork, this should have been our first red flag. We had today as our delivery slot be text between 9:30 - 12:30. No delivery. Called multiple times with no response. Eventually got through to the delivery service to be told they would look into it and call us back. No callback. called the store. Told us they would look into it and call us back. No callback. at 4pm we got back through to delivery team who informed us that they 'think' it has been delivered to a different warehouse and is not even out for delivery and they need to 'try' and get it out to us 'maybe' next week. When explained we have not now anything to sit on for a week they were neither bothered or apologetic. At no point, store or delivery centre did they apologise or offer any sort of answer or any explanation as to what has happened or confirm any other delivery dates. The most shocking customer service I have seen. Quick to take your money but no urgency after they have it.
Extremely disappointed in this company. Paid £4100 for two sofa units . One was faulty on delivery.Called the after-sales department who sent out a technician The technician striped out the faulty mechanism and made it worse then left to order new parts. After about 4 or 5 weeks of no contact I emailed them to come and collect the lot and return my money .Waited the standard working days for a reply , to be offered £200 compensation and a promise they would check on the parts and contact me . Again after weeks Silence . Do not recommend and will never use again
Bought two sofas this week from Furniture Village in Northampton and have to say the service we received was first class. We had the pleasure of being helped and supported by Terry Aldridge who was superb through the whole process, he was attentive and very patient with us whilst we were indecisive about finish and colour. He let us decide what we wanted but was there when we had questions, never pushy but incredibly supportive in giving us the info we needed to make our choice. He could not have been any better, cheers again Terry. Now looking forward to delivery after a great buying experience!
Great experience with Furniture Village in Northampton. We bought pretty much all our furniture from there last year and we are very happy with its quality. Also, Liam attended us and he did so in a very professional manner every time we've returned into the store. Highly recommend this store and Liam.
We went to Furniture Village a couple of months ago to find a new dining table and sofa. On arrival, we were met with friendliness from all the staff. They were approachable and were knowledgeable about the products in store - especially Terry from the Northampton store. We ordered the table and two sofas there and it arrived a few weeks later. The two men that assembled the products were very friendly and polite, and extremely efficient. Thank you very much for your hard work. 5 out of 5 stars!

Nothing short of amazing service given by Scott. Went in to the northampton branch not knowing what we really wanted to buy. We were acknowledged by Scott then left to browse and he assured us he would be on hand if we needed anything. It didn’t take long before we had some questions about the Ariana range. After giving the particular sizes we needed he planed out our room to those measurements. We ended up purchasing the sofas and even had room for a footstool . Very happy with the in store experience would defiantly recommend. :) thanks Scott
