Visited the Milton Keynes store today after visiting several of the other sofa places on the retail park. Anisha helped us select the right sofa based on our list of needs, and then was very helpful guiding us through the pricing and options available. Having had a great experience and found a sofa that, while not the cheapest from all we had seen that day, was by far the most comfortable and coupled with the great care from Anisha, swayed me to order and pay my deposit. So for now, have nothing but praise for this store and the service given pre-sales, I will update the review in a few months having hopefully, received my sofa on time as promised.

Just bought a sofa in the sales! Fair to say we looked at a fair few options (I was reluctantly dragged around by my other half) but NCFs sofa was the clear favourite. Aaron was great, we had him walking back and forth, picking up foot stalls and everything! He was a great help! Would massively recommend!
We were looking for months for a sofa and couldn’t find a sofa to fit our living room, only to meet Anisha at NCF living who provided unmatched customer service that chose two sofas to meet our needs. We had a fantastic experience in store with Heather. She was friendly and incredibly helpful - nothing was too much to ask for. We left with the perfect sofa for our first home together and all for a very reasonable price.
The worth customer service experience ever. All information provided during sale and on the website linked to sofa's delivery are not full, misleading the customer. At the sale being advised sofa will be delivered in parts and assembled in our own house, providing assembly as a service on the invoice. Upon delivery, sofa arrived fully assembled! Not as advised during the sale or on the invoice. Being penalized on the return of the sofa after not fitting through the doors for the misleading information given at time of sale. Want to take 25% from refund of what was paid, for their own failure to provide right details. Be aware and never trust any word provided during sale!
Fantastic customer service. We really value going into a store, being welcomed and then left on our own to decide and look around, rather than suffocate us and follow us around. Sunil and Heather were both superb. They answered any questions we had and were both genuinely interested in us as customers. They took lots of time with us on different occasions, offered advice on the beds when we asked and were always available and very friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend this store. Customer service goes a long way especially today, their customer service is second to none. Thanks again
What can I say. Heather in the Milton Keynes store was brilliant. We came in, we were greeted as you expect, and asked if we needed any help. We were left on our own to look around and not being rushed or forced into any decisions like other sofa stores do in that area. Once we chose the one we wanted, we discussed the finer details and placed our order. Service was perfect, felt relaxed and would recommend others to have a look at there sofa collections as they have some real unique looking sofas.
I saw some sofas online and went into the store to find out more. Lee was super helpful from the off and although the same sofa wasn't in store, he was able to secure it for me. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure to buy. This was my first time buying a sofa, as a brand new homeowner, and Lee was very patient, reassuring and answered all my questions. Delivery was within 10 days and the sofas are perfect for my new flat. With so many stressful things to think about with a new home, NCF made this a really quick and easy task. Thank you!
