I ordered a lamps for £1000 from this shop 2 months ago. Since then I have heard nothing. I've emailed them multiple times, written on the chat and called them. Not once have they replied. It seems like a scam company that just takes your money and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them
Vacuous. Would be lovely if they actually answered the phone, replied to voice mails, responded to emails or online comment forms. Absolutely no idea where my order from 7 weeks ago is but funnily enough they are around to process payments!
Do not buy from this company, once they have your money they don't care. I have an item from them that broke within the warranty dates (which they initially confirmed), and then they just stopped responding. They do not answer their phone and don't respond to emails, I've heard nothing for weeks now. They have not honoured the warranty and they clearly don't care, awful awful company. I feel totally scammed.
Not worth the risk. My purchase was due to be delivered in 1-2 weeks, it is now 7 weeks later and after many ignored calls/emails I'm having to recover my money from my credit card provider using Section 75 protection. You might get lucky, but behind its good looking website this company gives every impression of running on a shoestring. No one picks up the phone (in spite of trying several times on different days and at different times) and most emails also go unanswered. For a company offering premium products, the customer service is almost non-existent. More worryingly, they appear to be trying to hold on to my cash as long as possible in spite of the cancellation of my order almost 2 weeks ago. Panik Design feels like a company in serious trouble.
I wish I had read these reviews before making the mistake of ordering from Panik designs. No delivery so far, they’ve had the money, no answers to emails, phone number(don’t bother). I wonder how much longer it’s going to take.
DO NOT ORDER!!! It’s been weeks and I have tried to contact them several times and still no reply. Happy to take my money and not provide the product. Will be reporting this company to the ombudsman
Be careful ordering from this company. It stated 3 weeks for delivery and was over 4 weeks. Also their T's and C's are hidden and they only offer refunds if you send back within 7 days, unlike just about every major retailer that gives you a month.
I would advise AGAINST anyone from buying from this Company. The customer service, in particular, the 'manager' was disgusting. We were sent two faulty products by the Company and it was inferred that we had broken the items on purpose (despite it being a housewarming present). The manager was rude, sharp, condescending and abrasive.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Ordered a large lamp for £900 and paid £20 for delivery. 5 days later I received an email saying that either I pay £330 extra for delivery or they cancel and refund the order. What a disgrace, highly unprofessional and what a waste of time. Poor on so many levels and not even an apology! Stay clear of these scam artists.
We bought a bunch of things which were on sale. Most of them unfortunately turned out to be of quite disappointing quality (a lot were made in China and not very well done). There are no free returns and it's too much of a hassle/cost to send them back given the bulky and delicate nature of the items. For that reason we would not buy here again. There were also a number of items in our order that the company either cancelled or had to replace with different ones as they could not find the stock in the warehouse. Nice people in customer service but overall not too happy with our purchase.
