    We called in this morning on my mother's behalf and were absolutely delighted with the amount of time that Nikki spent with us allowing us to try various chairs and explaining the way they find the right chair for the person concerned. I explained that my mother lives in Cheltenham so we couldn't buy a chair from MK, but we still received exceptional service.

    Sold my Grandmother a chair that she did not order, wrong size, colour and feels like sitting on a plank of wood. Waste of £1200 and she is too old to complain and make a fuss. Disgusting service.

    Bit biased, but my wife loves working for HSL. She's met some fantastic clients who have made her laugh and some that have not. The staff are always willing to go that extra mile even staying open after hours so clients can shop. Seeing my wife happy in her work is very pleasing. I just hope it continues.
