   Really lovely visit today with my little boy (3) and the staff were so friendly and supportive of him. It even happened that his swimming teacher was working at this leisure centre today and popped out to say hello to him!! Victoria was on duty in the small pool and she found him toys to help him practice putting his face under the water and listened to his chattering away. Pool was quiet so I felt able to do a few lengths myself ( a rare treat as our usual pool has a very small kids pool). We will definitely be back again.

   A friendly, local gym. Always busy, always clean. It is let down by its sub standard app, however a quick call and queries and issues can be sorted out by the friendly staff.

   Actif sport centre Ammanford is suitable for new and intermediate athletes with all the basic equipment for fitness improvement. There's a variation of CV machines (bikes, treadmills, crosstrainers and revolving stairs). Dumbells up to 40kgs and you can scratch together just enough 20 and 25kg plates to press half a bag of sand. There are plated weight machines for legs back and chest. The gym lacks a Smith a machine, though there are racks able to be utilised for bench and squat. Fitness studio caters for hit classes and there is also a spin room. Swimming pool I great though the time slots are limited. Changing facility's are average and regularly maintained. Carparking is good. The gym can be congested between 5&7pm so be prepared to adapt you workout at these times. Thanks for reading my review, good luck on your fitness journey!

   Great gym and swim facilities. Regularly go to the spin class and love the coach by colour session. Recommend booking online to ensure you get a space.
