   Called to speak to someone regarding a replacement wireless thermostat - my call was dealt with very quickly and he promised to send a replacement out, overnight delivery, and with instructions on how to pair the new thermostat to the existing relay. New thermostat arrived next day as promised with clear instructions on how to pair it to my existing relay - all done and dusted and my heating was back on next day! Couldn't be happier, great service, quality products, at sensible prices, thankyou!

   Unfortunately I’ve struggled with this supplier. Missing parts, wrong replacement sent, and a disappointingly lacklustre response. Won’t be on my list of regular online suppliers as we need to trust what we order will arrive on time and in complete condition, but most importantly, when something does go wrong it’s dealt with promptly and we are not left having to go elsewhere to make sure our customer isn’t inconvenienced any longer.

   Unfortunately, I will not recommend. They send me wrong boiler and refused to take it back. Poor customer services. They don’t answer the phone. I am about to take legal action. Keep away if you can.

   Does not send to NI-UK (for a reasonable price). A disappointing experience and not treated as a 'valued customer'. Searched high and low for a central heating magnetic cleaner for a reasonable price and found one at plumbarena. Got through to pay with postage but, yhe following day my order was cancelled by the plumbarena sales team. In the small print the plumbarena courier charges 6 times the same delivery cost as to GB. Other websites can arrange postage during checkout. In short, plumbarena should update their checkout or change couriers. Job delayed and inconvenience experienced. Very disappointing.

   Really bad service - no communication about when to expect the order. Spoke on the phone and was told the products were on back order - why wasn't this on the website when I ordered them? But customer services assured me they would be in and shipped to me in the next 2 days. Three days later I call up to find out where they are and they still haven't even arrived with PlumbArena. Won't be getting an order or recommendation from me!
