    Just taken delivery of a Lawson 2 seater sofa. Ordered & paid exactly 7 days ago !!!! Instore experience made better by Reece, very friendly, helpfull, not pushy, answered all questions professionally. Pointed out a few points we would have missed !! Looks stunning, delivery fellas great, spot on time... what else can i say !! Thanks for stressfree

    I’ve been to other DFS centers across the Midlands, but the service we received at the Northampton branch was exceptional. Elisha was outstanding β€” she patiently explained everything and cleared all our doubts. Truly impressed by her professionalism and deep knowledge of what she does.

    I can't thank Elisha and Richard (I think that was his name) enough. Elisha was extremely knowledgeable, competent and guided me through the buying process with ease. She was so welcoming, but not pushy. I have only just placed the order so will have to update the review re: delivery, at a later day!

    Avoid, avoid, avoid! In store was an OK experience, but the big mistake was buying a sofa. It was delivered damaged! Then four additional days were taken off work for replacement furniture that was wrong. Customer service was difficult to deal with and contact. The Northampton store did not make call backs we were promised. Also you cannot contact the Northampton branch directly. So in total they are on five deliveries and the issue is not resolved. Apparently they cannot offer compensation for the time taken off work. Terrible service and a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I would never use them again.

    We bought 2 wing chairs from DFS after going round in circles at other furniture stores without success. The minute we walked into DFS we were welcomed by the staff who advised us with our buying options. We were even given tea and coffee before we had committed to buying. I was delaying the review until the delivery but so far so good. We are delighted with DFS.

    We received our sofa set at the beginning of December, we were supposed to get 2 care kits , which weren’t delivered. Delivery guys said that they will arrange an order and we will get instead of two - four kits. After 2 weeks we went to store , were the guy refused to talk to us and we’ve been told to find the guy who sold us sofa. We were again promised that we will receive our kits, now it’s end of February and we still didn’t receive anything. Customer service is very poor, we had to switch 2 operators because they couldn’t understand what we want. Very disappointed, it looks like DFS doesn’t care at all about their customers , they are very nice and polite only when they try to sell you stuff, and once you place your order they just ignoring you.

    Extremely poor customer service, arrogant staff. They push you to make a decision. After telling them, that you need time to think they just turn away without saying a word. There is no point to to go to the shop couple of ours prior their closing time as non of them will pay attention to you even though you took your time to think and came to buy.

    Really enjoyed our tour around DFS. The staff were extremely attentive and helped us with all our enquiries. Plenty of Black Fridays offers around. Moreover, all the clearance products were free to collect same day (they also do the order to made products). The car park is free for around 2h I believe. Definitely recommend it! Good quality at resonable/reliable price.

    DFS can't make a simple chair then replace it twice and still can't get it right, infact the replacement chairs have been worse than the first one, nothing like what was advertised on the shop floor!! and they are now refusing to help and say I have to go legal... the store manager at Northampton branch, Tina? Is rude. They have taken my money and now not prepared to help me. They falsely advertise their furniture, what you see on the shopfloor and pay for is not what you receive and then when they replace it, it is no better, they then refuse to refund you and advise you to go legal! Lee Childs the Branch manager was not atall helpful and would not provide me with his managers details to escalate this matter, he said he is not prepared to do that and not prepared to refund the chair as they have already replaced it twice!! Like that was my fault?? Really?? Yes and the replacement chairs have been disgraceful they can't even make furniture! I have been told I'm left with a chair that cost me 400 pounds that won't last another year, the advice that they have given me is.. go legal Mrs Curry?? AVOID AVOID AVOID a year of stress and upset DFS have caused me. SCS are much better hands down no problem there! And..don't reply with call customer service, as that's not the answer as Lee Childs the Branch Manager is not even prepared to help! Disgusting service and furniture that won't last two seconds the way is made! COWBOYS! They take your money and run! Go SCS 100 % great service there! I've had this chair two months and DFS claim is perfectly made... the base has collapsed and nothing like the showroom model... won't last me 5 minutes...SCAMMERS!
