Cannot say enough how good the product is (corner sofa, table and armchair) - believe it was the Barcelona range - amazing and we are so pleased!!! Daro couldn't deliver one piece due to being out of stock, so they lent me an alternative for the summer and then swapped it when the goods came in. Really nice people too.5/5
I am having an issue with 4 pieces of cane furniture I bought in September 2022. One of the swivel rockers is showing signs of insect infestation; although the furniture is eight months out of warranty, I contacted Daro, via the excellent retailer, but have received resistance to giving any advice. Daro has stated that the infestation is 'unlikely to be wood cane worm' and that 'very rarely do (they) get reports especially after this time'. The inference is that infestation is possible. All I have asked is that they give advice regarding any treatment and perhaps specify what they mean by 'wood cane worm' I'm very disappointed at their dismissive, sloping shoulders attitude. The product overall is fine in appearance but the after-sales service, so far, is abysmal.
Lovely furniture for your garden room or in house ...a mixture of good quality pieces and displayed well .Plenty to choose from as well so would suit most people's taste.
Bought from a garden centre, a large sofa, two chairs, foot stall, coffee table and two side tables for our new garden room. They took 6 weeks to arrive once ordered and we were delighted with them. All our friends have complimented the look and comfort. Couldn’t be happier.

We purchased a two seater sofa and two chairs for our conservatory which they classed as a sample lot. They arrived within two weeks but one of the sofa legs was broken in transit. Contacted Marc at Daro who offered us a refund but as we liked the furniture so much and it was a one off we asked if it could be repaired. Within two weeks they had picked up the sofa repaired it and delivered it. We also received compensation for the inconvenience. Extremely happy with our furniture and nothing but praise for Daro in the handling of our purchase. No problem in recommending this company.
