   Today I had bad experience today. I brought fresh nan bread from this shop. There is another lady came after me and she didnt wait in the queue and took nan bread with the bare hand. Even on the notice said customer need to use the tongue. But she haven't use that and told me that she don't care. I told this to the staff he just said he can't control everyone but they will keep an eye. I am not happy with the answer he told me ,if they can't control the customer. They need to keep the food in secure place in close container. Its not hygiene when someone using there hand to take breads.

   Really well stocked shop with a bakery, butcher and sweet counter serving Baklava and the like. Friendly and helpful staff; the guy at the meat counter was kind enough to call the girl over when he spotted me waiting at the sweet counter. Lots of choice and really fresh fruit, veg, herbs etc. will definitely visit again.

   Hayat Supermarket is one of the few places in Stoke that offers a wide range of products catering to Turkish and Muslim customers. They have a great selection of meat, legumes, and sauces, as well as various imported goods from Turkey. The variety is impressive, and it’s a convenient spot for finding familiar ingredients. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the store, but overall, it’s a great place to shop!
