   Matt was really helpful. We used the sleep match machine which told us we needed a firm, definitely worth doing since we were sure we should get a medium! Matt gave us pillows to try all the bed options we wanted to with, showed us the memory foam bed topper and why it might be useful for certain bed types. He was very friendly and gave us lots of information to make sure we made the right decision for us. Thank you Matt and Dreams

   Amazing service by the whole store team, which really helped me choose the right mattress for me. I was served by a gentleman named Steve who went above and beyond in serving me and finding the right sleeping solution. Steve was polite, kind and offered me coffee whilst I chose my a mattress. I would highly recommend going to Dreams Northampton in Nene Valley.

   Me and my partner went in a few months ago to get help with what we wanted, the staff were very helpful, not pushy at all and genuinely cared about our needs and requirements. Fast forward a month we now have ordered our bed and mattress and along with great customer service and some really good deals / benefits I would 100% recommend dreams Northampton for anyone who’s thinking about getting a new bed. Our final dealings were with Matt. So him and all the other staff we encountered were extremely helpful and professional.

   We went into store to try out some mattresses as we weren’t really sure what we were looking for. Gary (little Gary) was amazing! He helped us choose the right one for my partner and didn’t make us feel rushed. Even gave us some pillows to try out with it so we really felt at home! Cannot thank Gary for his customer service and friendliness enough. He made the whole experience relaxing and easy for us! Thank you!

   Got a new £2000 bed, decided that the headboard was a very poor match to the style of our bedroom but could not get hold of customer service as I kept be put on a 15 minutes queue. How is this a good service. The only reason that I have put 2 stars was that the in shop staff.
