   Really friendly and professional. Purchased an item.. Rang first for info and guidance and the staff member was incredibly informative and helpful. When visiting the store 2 weeks later despite it being the end of the day.. as in 2 minutes til closing.. the staff member went above and beyond to help me.    This Norwich store is absolutely brilliant at communicating and acting on what they say. I was interested in a Bass and James took my phone call, very helpful, answered my annoying questions!!! haha. Then next I spoke to Sammy, who was also very helpful and sent me loads of detailed images of the Bass and explained how they would wrap up the guitar to send to me 100 miles away! Sammy also went out of his way to locate a case for me as a special deal. I could see how easy he was making it for me to buy the Bass.. So I DID!! As soon as I made payment, I started getting communication on the status of the delivery. I am bowled over by their professionalism and expertise and willingness to answer my questions and give me confidence that Cash Convertors Norwich, is the place to go if you want exceptional service and a great deal on sale items. I will use this store again because of the service and kindness shown to me, even though I live miles away. Thank you, Sammy, James. Your enthusiasm and dedication to customer service has paid off again and Cash Convertors Norwich are very lucky to have you both working there!

   Cannot complain about these guys, praise due where its necessary. I had two basses I didn't need, had no luck trying to sell them, one music shop in Norwich turned their noses up at them. I was looking to get around £300+ for the pair & was given one option from a music shop a few doors away, but they would only take them part exchange & wanted another 10% payment too. As luck would have it, these guys had the very same Ibanez bass I was after, though just an older 2018 model(even had the exact colour of candyapple red). The guy checked my two basses, very happy with the condition of both, all happy, money sorted out & they were happy to take the straight swap for their red Ibanez. Best bit was not only did I get a nice mahogany bodied Ibanez SR300EB but also included was a proper solid bodied case that I wasn't expecting either. Nice simple deal, no nonsense, was able to test the bass & everyone seemed happy. As you can see, sits happily on the wall taking the place my bargain SR300E has been using for a couple of years...

   Rude staff, unhelpful and disrespectful, they want your item but don't like parting with a decent payment for it, you would probably get more selling your stuff at a car boot sale, and with less hassle.

   My Friend Linda put a deposit down for a tv from here sent her sons to collect it with the receipt they would not let them take it without a note from their mum..what a joke. So she went down there to get ger £40 back and they only gave her £16 of it what a rip off making £24 from a pensioner for nothing disgusting way to treat people.. Give her her money back!!!

   I had a wonderful time in the store today! There was a very beautiful and helpful manager on the jewelers section. Every need I had was taken care of. Shame I didn't get her number! 9/10 would visit again because I need a matching necklace for my dog!

   What a bunch of rude people. Go in to put something in, didn’t go to plan and I’ve left as standing outside i here them telling the next customer all about it and laughing. I do not find it funny I come there as my dog needs go vets and i needed money I don’t think that kind of behaviour from someone who works in a shop is right at all. What just went on between us was not the next customers business. I won’t be leaving it here I will be contacting head office too as those kind of people shouldn’t be working there if that’s how they behave.
