Friendly staff, wonderful service from Brenda the store manger, Sarah ball, Sarah Webley, always helpful to have this store in the village.
Been in today to grab lunch, lovely lady served me posted a parcel as well
I use this store daily however I went Monday of this week, when I arrived I noticed a member of staff outside, smoking and on her phone. I proceeded to go into the store and had to wait about 10 minutes for her to come back in and serve me. When she finally came in there was no apology or warm welcome. She was abrupt and made me feel like I was a nuisance waiting to get a stamp from the post office. This person I’ve been told was standing in, apparently she was a manager from another store. Awful customer service, there were two others waiting for the post office who witnessed her rudeness. May I suggest customer relations training! I am not used to this in the store, Brenda and her team are all amazing.
Brenda and the girls are great they work so hard but always have time for a quick chat stores clean tidy and friendly thank you for doing my parcels daily
Go here very often for lunch, always greeted with friendly faces and warm welcomes. Great small talk, jokes, overall great shop! Specific mention to Sarah ball, brenda johnson and Shell/Chell (not sure surname)
